Interior Architect

Join the Expendex Arch team in Riyadh We are looking for an architect or interior designer who has a passion for design, the ability to deal with clients, and participate in business development. 📍 Work Location: Riyadh – Olaya Main Tasks: • Preparing architectural and interior designs. • Preparing executive plans and quantity surveys. • Preparing price offers and coordinating with clients. • Managing and following up with clients via CRM and Odoo. • Attending meetings and site visits as needed. • Contributing to developing sales opportunities and converting inquiries into successful projects. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. ✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering and design software. ✔ Experience in executive plans, BOQ, and pricing. ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✔ Experience in Odoo or CRM systems is preferred.
