The Revenue Operations Internship

Tabby is seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to join its team in Riyadh. This analytical and hands-on internship supports the systems and processes that drive revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to retention and expansion. The intern will collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and RevOps teams, converting commercial data into actionable insights for leadership. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

The intern will gain insight into the operations of a modern revenue engine, take ownership of projects, and observe the direct impact of their work on commercial performance measurement and improvement. A strong affinity for numbers, proficiency in spreadsheets, and an interest in process optimization, including with AI, are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards for reporting on pipeline, conversion, merchant onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Extract, clean, and structure data from the CRM and other tools to create clear and accurate summaries for the team.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring data consistency, timeliness, and clarity.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, sharing findings with the RevOps team.
  • Assist in documenting and improving go-to-market processes, playbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Business Development and Account Management.
  • Support lead allocation, routing, and pipeline hygiene, identifying and flagging inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to recurring operational tasks and ad-hoc projects that ensure smooth commercial team operations.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity through regular audits, updates, and quality checks.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new tools and workflows across commercial teams.
  • Explore opportunities for automating or streamlining repetitive tasks using spreadsheets, scripts, or AI tools.
  • Experiment with AI-powered methods to enhance reporting, analysis, and daily operations, sharing successful approaches with the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or recently completed a degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science.
  • Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data cleaning/structuring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for working with numbers and interpreting data.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative through a project, tool, automation, model, or experiment built with AI (to be shared upon application).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills, capable of translating analysis into simple, factual narratives.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (*, Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
  • Hands-on experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (*, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Interest in fintech, payments, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), lending, or marketplace business models.
  • Experience automating workflows or building solutions with no-code / low-code and AI tools.
