Tasks and Responsibilities

• Follow up on the internal audit plan and the schedule for carrying out audit work.
• Coordinate with departments and branches regarding internal audit work and requests.
• Prepare and collect documents, data, and information required for audit work.
• Follow up on the implementation of recommendations and corrective actions and update their status.
• Prepare and update follow-up records and internal audit reports.
• Organize and archive audit documents and records and maintain their confidentiality.
• Prepare tables and reports using Microsoft Excel and support the preparation of presentations.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the internal audit team as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Work experience of 3 to 5 years.
• Previous experience in the health or medical sector.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word and PowerPoint.
• High organizational, follow-up, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments and branches.
• Good knowledge of internal audit, control, and risk management concepts is a plus.
• Ability to handle information and data with high confidentiality and professionalism.
