Job Description
About the Role
Sharaf DG is seeking an Inventory Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing daily inventory responsibilities and providing essential support to the inventory team leader and store operations. The Inventory Executive is accountable for receiving stock materials, equipment, supplies, and merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate records of their quantity and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the database for all stocks within the inventory system.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of received stocks, verifying merchandise is suitable for sale and reporting any anomalies.
- Create Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming merchandise and validate them against the Local Purchase Order (LPO) and invoice.
- Review and verify the accuracy of supplier invoices.
- Generate Purchase Return (PRET) and Long-Term Inventory (LTI) documents as requested by the merchandising team and based on items found on the floor.
- Ensure that Brand Promise products are stored separately and handed over to the designated Brand Promise Officer.
- Update the purchase return report and submit it to the Merchandising team on a weekly basis.
Stock Management and Control
- Count, sort, and check incoming merchandise, verifying against requisitions and invoices.
- Assist the Inventory team in compiling the Stock Not Picked (SNP) report and conducting perpetual inventory (PI Counts), in addition to annual stock taking.
- Manage and maintain the stock room to ensure organization and efficiency.
- Ensure all display items are authorized by the Store Manager and accurately reflected in the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage High-Value Stock (HVS) activities and ensure the inventory log book is consistently updated.
Operational Adherence
- Adhere to established checklists and processes, including staff discount policies and store opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and punctuality.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management or a similar operational role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of a retail environment.
