Role Overview: IT Specialist
Alchemy Global Group is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting our consulting engagements by providing expertise in information technology. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and the ability to work effectively within client environments.
Key Responsibilities
The IT Specialist will be instrumental in supporting various consulting projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of technology-focused aspects of consulting engagements.
- Providing support for audits and assessments related to IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Collaborating with client IT teams and internal consulting staff to gather information and validate findings.
- Contributing to the development of practical, data-driven solutions for clients.
- Ensuring adherence to structured methodologies and analytical rigor in all tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in performing IT audits or technology risk engagements is preferred.
- Familiarity with IT audit frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and ITIL is advantageous.
- Experience working with government or semi-government entities is a plus.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong capabilities in the following areas:
- Strong analytical skills and professional judgment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in working within consulting engagements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a professional consulting environment, collaborating with diverse teams and client organizations.
