Role Overview: IT Specialist

Alchemy Global Group is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting our consulting engagements by providing expertise in information technology. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and the ability to work effectively within client environments.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will be instrumental in supporting various consulting projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of technology-focused aspects of consulting engagements.
  • Providing support for audits and assessments related to IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  • Collaborating with client IT teams and internal consulting staff to gather information and validate findings.
  • Contributing to the development of practical, data-driven solutions for clients.
  • Ensuring adherence to structured methodologies and analytical rigor in all tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in performing IT audits or technology risk engagements is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT audit frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and ITIL is advantageous.
  • Experience working with government or semi-government entities is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and professional judgment.
