Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Intermediate proficiency in English and Arabic for effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certification or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least three (3) years of experience in technical support, preferably in an educational environment.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and software applications.
