Job Title: Computer Technician

Job Objective:
Perform maintenance, repair, and operation tasks for computers and technical systems within the organization. Provide technical support to users and solve technical problems related to devices and software.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repair of Devices:
Conduct regular inspections of technical devices and equipment (computers, printers, tablets, etc.). Repair faults related to devices or software. Install and update hardware and accessories such as memory, hard drives, and monitors.
Technical Support for Users:
Provide technical support to users in case of technical issues. Respond to user inquiries and assist them in using applications and software. Help employees install and operate various software systems.
Installation and Updating of Software:
Install and update operating systems and various software. Monitor software updates to ensure continued good performance of devices.
Network and Connection Management:
Set up and maintain internal networks (LAN) and connected devices. Monitor and maintain Internet connectivity and routers and modems.
Data Backup:
Perform regular backups of important data on computers and networks. Restore data in case of problems or data loss.
Report Preparation:
Prepare periodic reports on the status of devices, faults, and technical issues. Monitor maintenance and repair logs for devices.
Training and Awareness:
Train employees on how to handle devices and modern technologies. Provide workshops for employees to increase their awareness of good technical practices.

Required Qualifications:
A diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and MacOS. Skills in handling office software (such as Microsoft Office, antivirus tools). Experience in the maintenance and repair of devices (such as computers, printers, scanners). Basic knowledge of computer networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). Ability to handle technical faults and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
