The Role: IT Warehouse & Asset Logistics Lead

BRAVANTIC is seeking an IT Warehouse & Asset Logistics Lead to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for managing the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from procurement and inventory control to staging, logistics, and sustainable disposal. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and accurate asset management within a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily intake, storage, and auditing of IT hardware, tracking stock thresholds to trigger proactive procurement.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories in OpenText SMAX, mapping hardware serial numbers to exact locations or users.
• Coordinate with Field Support to pre-stage, package, and safely ship hardware batches to technicians across project sites.
• Direct the secure handling of decommissioned hardware, overseeing data sanitization and coordinating sustainable disposal.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following skills:

• High organizational capacity.
• Experience with supply chain and freight logistics.
• Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle depreciation.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
