The Role: Key Account Sales Executive

Cibes Lift UAE is seeking a Key Account Sales Executive (Luxury Home lifts) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves developing sales opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders within Riyadh’s luxury residential and design community. During the initial market-entry phase, the role requires working independently, visiting customers and project sites, and conducting professional presentations using provided digital tools, samples, and technical support. A shared office and meeting facility will be available in Riyadh as required.

Core Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Cibes premium home lift solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, consultation, quotation, negotiation, and order closing.
• Achieve a sales target of approximately two lift orders per month.
• Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, contractors, and other key accounts.
• Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, virtual demonstrations, and site visits.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up on all active leads and opportunities.
• Accurately update the CRM system daily and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Cibes management, technical, and operations teams.
• Represent Cibes professionally when interacting with premium and high-net-worth customers.

Candidate Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience selling premium, luxury, technical, architectural, automotive, real estate, interior-design, construction-related, or other high-value products is preferred.
• Experience in the lift/elevator industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Proven ability to develop leads, manage a complete sales cycle, negotiate, and close high-value orders.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Riyadh and Saudi Arabia as required.
• Demonstrated professional, entrepreneurial, disciplined, and results-driven approach.
