Landscape Inspector

About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Landscape Inspector to join the site-based construction supervision team for the prestigious Green Riyadh Project. This full-time position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting irrigation installation works, monitoring quality and compliance, and supporting construction activities to ensure all irrigation systems adhere to project specifications, approved drawings, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and promptly address Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor.
• Assist in reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
• Report any works by contractors that do not comply with approved drawings and specifications to stakeholders for appropriate action.
• Monitor the quality of executed works and daily site progress.
• Maintain daily records of site activities, including progress photos, ensuring they are available for inspection.
• Prepare surveillance reports for work deficiencies and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required.
• Ensure effective coordination between discipline-related works and all other disciplines.
• Provide technical input and experience to resolve discipline-related issues on-site.
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.
• Maintain records of inspections and executed work.
• Assist in or measure work done when necessary.
• Observe site safety procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in landscape inspection, particularly with irrigation system installations. Experience on large-scale infrastructure or landscaping projects is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position based on-site in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of the construction supervision team for the Green Riyadh Project.
