Job Announcement - Governance Specialist*

A leading entity announces the availability of a job vacancy under the title *Governance Specialist* to work within the legal department, according to the following conditions:

*Requirements:*

* At least 5 years of experience in governance departments or in consulting companies.
* Advanced knowledge of governance and compliance principles and risk management.
* Experience in preparing and updating regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Familiarity with the regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Ability to prepare reports and raise recommendations to senior management.
* High analytical and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

* Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and systems.
