About the Role
Alstom, a global leader in mobility solutions, is seeking a Lead Production Planner to contribute to critical maintenance operations for the Riyadh metro L4, L5, and L6 projects. This role is integral to ensuring that maintenance targets and contractual obligations are met, directly supporting the success of these vital infrastructure projects. The Lead Production Planner will collaborate closely with various teams, including OCC, FAMM, and the Maintenance Team, to oversee maintenance activities and enhance operational efficiency.
Role Context and Objectives
As a Lead Production Planner, your primary objective is to ensure the achievement of project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by meticulously managing maintenance schedules and contractual commitments. You will play a crucial role in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance efforts, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to project timelines. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on advancing mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance targets and contractual obligations are met to achieve project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Review and validate completed work within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive weekly schedule of work orders.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and maintenance workflows.
- Familiarity with KPIs and performance analysis in maintenance operations.
- Experience or understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Understanding of KPIs and performance analysis in maintenance operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination, preferably within a supply chain or manufacturing context.
- Leadership capabilities to act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
