Role Overview: Solutions Architect

Broadcom is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team in Al Olaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing technical leadership and strategic guidance to enterprise customers adopting VMware by Broadcom solutions, with a primary emphasis on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). The Solutions Architect will translate business priorities into secure, scalable, and resilient private cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, understand customer priorities, assess existing infrastructure, and identify modernization opportunities.
• Design integrated solutions across compute, storage, networking, security, automation, and operations using VMware Cloud Foundation, addressing availability, performance, recoverability, manageability, and security requirements.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, defining success criteria and validating proposed solutions against customer requirements.
• Partner with account teams to develop proposals, respond to technical requirements, and articulate the business value of VMware solutions to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop future state architectures and adoption roadmaps to help customers modernize infrastructure, migrate workloads, and expand their use of VCF capabilities.
• Collaborate with professional services, systems integrators, and customer teams to maintain architectural alignment during implementation, documenting assumptions, dependencies, risks, and design decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of the VMware portfolio and emerging customer requirements, including Kubernetes, application networking, security, and Private AI, and share customer feedback with product management and engineering teams.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in solutions architecture or a similar technical leadership role. The role requires a strong understanding of private cloud architectures and VMware Cloud Foundation.

Success Metrics

Success in this role is measured by validated solution designs, achievement of customer technical objectives, increased platform adoption, effective delivery handovers, and strong customer and partner relationships.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring close collaboration with customers, account teams, partners, and product specialists.
