  • Oversee the academic quality of the science curriculum for Middle School and High School on the National track, including topic sequencing, depth, and alignment with student assessments.
  • Translate assessment data (Diagnostics, Exit Tickets, End-of-Chapter results, Learning Gain) into actionable insights for future curriculum adjustments.
  • Represent the academic perspective in cross-functional discussions with Design, Learning Excellence, Product, and Data teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of classroom teaching experience, with depth across both middle school and high school.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing or coaching other teachers, such as a head of department, subject lead, mentor, or formal coaching role.
  • Familiarity with Saudi national assessments, including Qudurat, Tahsili, and Nafes.
  • Strong digital proficiency and comfort teaching in a digital environment within a hybrid classroom platform.
  • Fluent in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate. Saudi nationals with KSA teaching experience are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
