Charterhouse is excited to announce an opening for an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join our client's vibrant team in Riyadh. As a leading international law firm, we are seeking a proactive individual who is ready to provide exceptional legal administrative support in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Perform various administrative duties including document proofreading and drafting PowerPoints and pitches.
  • Support fee earners with admin requests and manage all matter management processes.
  • Generate financial reports and handle matter balances, assisting with month-end bills and bids.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience working within a law firm and in KSA.
  • Professional and personable approach with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiar with legal software.
We are looking for candidates who excel in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks, and are dedicated to providing top-tier support.
