We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our legal teams with high-quality document production and efficient administrative support. This role requires excellent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, strong formatting abilities, and familiarity with legal documents.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our legal teams with high-quality document production and efficient administrative support. This role requires excellent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, strong formatting abilities, and familiarity with legal documents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Document Management & Production: Create, format, and proofread legal documents including agreements, correspondence, and internal forms. Produce complex Word documents and prepare visually polished PowerPoint presentations.
- Legal Support & Administration: Coordinate calendars, interact with Accounting, respond to information requests, prepare expense reports, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; secretarial degree preferred.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and confidentiality requirements.
