Join Baker McKenzie as a Legal Secretary!
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our legal teams with high-quality document production and efficient administrative support. This role requires excellent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, strong formatting abilities, and familiarity with legal documents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Document Management & Production: Create, format, and proofread legal documents including agreements, correspondence, and internal forms. Produce complex Word documents and prepare visually polished PowerPoint presentations.
  • Legal Support & Administration: Coordinate calendars, interact with Accounting, respond to information requests, prepare expense reports, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; secretarial degree preferred.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and confidentiality requirements.
