Secretary Job Opportunity
We announce the availability of a full-time Secretary position to work in our law office. We are looking for someone with experience in organizing and scheduling cases and managing office work professionally.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and scheduling sessions and hearings and following up on cases with courts and relevant parties.
  • Preparing and organizing case files and legal correspondence.
  • Welcoming clients and organizing meeting appointments.
  • Following up on emails and daily communications.
  • Supporting lawyers in preparing schedules and periodic reports.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in secretarial or office management, preferably in law offices.
  • Familiarity with case scheduling systems and legal file management.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficiency in using governmental platforms.
  • High skills in communication, organization, and complete confidentiality in handling information.
  • Fluency in Arabic speaking and writing (basic knowledge of English is preferred).
