Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Pool Area: Actively observe the pool area to ensure safety for all guests.
• Guest Interaction: Welcome guests, explain services and activities, and communicate pool rules.
• Safety and Rescue: Utilize rescue techniques and administer first aid as necessary.
• Pool Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and proper chemical levels in the pool.
• Equipment Management: Check and maintain pool equipment and set up facilities.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and assess pool temperature.
• Guest Assistance: Provide swimming lessons and support special needs requests.
• Reporting Issues: Notify supervisors of any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with two to three years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel chain. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic fluency is preferred.
