About the Logistics Coordinator Role

BEC Arabia is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a strong personality and excellent coordination skills to lead daily logistics activities, manage site requirements, and ensure the efficient movement of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources across project sites. The role involves a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations across project sites.
• Coordinate the movement and allocation of equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Manage site logistics planning to ensure operational requirements are met on time.
• Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor equipment utilization, transportation arrangements, and site support activities.
• Handle workforce coordination, attendance tracking, and manpower distribution.
• Prepare logistics reports, follow up on pending actions, and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Support cost control initiatives, procurement coordination, and vendor follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and site procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction logistics or site operations.
• Previous experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is essential.
• Strong experience in coordinating equipment, manpower, and materials.
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and site teams.
