The Role of Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery across both warehousing and transportation operations. The coordinator will play a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting supply chain initiatives within LogeMate's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records.
• Prepare necessary documentation for logistics operations.
• Support the implementation of supply chain and warehouse optimization initiatives in alignment with LogeMate’s standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to resolve issues, manage service inquiries, and communicate status updates clearly and professionally.
• Monitor operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and propose process improvements within logistics operations.
• Support compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Logistics Coordinator will work within LogeMate's operational framework, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics processes.
