Logistics Manager for EPC Civil ( Stadium) Project in

About the Role

Procer Worldwide Technical Services is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of site logistics, temporary services, lifting operations, and traffic management for the QRV (Qiddiya Racecourse Venue) Project, a major KSA Giga-project.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, maintain, and decommission all temporary utilities, including potable water, power distribution, sewerage, and welfare facilities.
• Manage generator sets, cabling, and distribution boards, coordinating with the MEP team and authorities for upgrades.
• Oversee utility subcontractors to ensure uninterrupted service and manage site-wide waste management and disposal in line with environmental regulations.
• Coordinate the scheduling, mobilization, and positioning of mobile cranes, including road closures.
• Oversee the erection, jumping, and dismantling of tower cranes, ensuring all lifting equipment holds valid third-party inspection certificates and complies with KSA and project HSE standards.
• Develop and update the site traffic management plan, overseeing the maintenance of temporary haul roads and access points.
• Enforce vehicle and pedestrian segregation using signage and barriers, and coordinate delivery schedules to minimize site congestion.
• Set up and manage site offices, workshops, and laydown zones.
• Maintain the logistics plan and budget, line-manage Logistics Foremen, and report progress to senior management.

Compliance and Safety

The Logistics Manager will ensure full compliance with HSE, environmental, and statutory regulations across all operations. This includes strict adherence to KSA and project HSE standards for all lifting equipment and site activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within large-scale construction or Giga-projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics operations, including temporary services, lifting, and traffic management.
• Strong understanding of HSE, environmental, and statutory regulations.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 SAR per month.
