About the Role

Quest Search and Selection is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join a globally recognized premium consumer brand in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring efficient product flow from warehouse to customer and driving continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain operations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Impact

The Logistics Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders, warehouse partners, delivery providers, and regional teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with service standards. This role focuses on managing logistics performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting third-party logistics providers, and identifying opportunities for operational and cost efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring consistent service levels and operational performance.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse performance, proactively resolving discrepancies.
• Support warehouse governance activities, including stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Analyze logistics costs, transportation performance, and operational KPIs to identify efficiency improvements.
• Partner with customer service and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes and a seamless customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes, delivery performance, and operational workflows.
• Support tender processes, supplier reviews, and performance evaluations for logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and local logistics requirements.
• Assist with importation, customs, and related supply chain activities as needed.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to support business decision-making and performance management.
