About the Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer based in Riyadh, you will be a crucial part of our maintenance organization, solving complex technical issues and disseminating technical knowledge across the team. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring safe working practices by adhering to maintenance and safety instructions.
  • Resolving complex technical issues assigned by the Technical Helpdesk.
  • Performing first visits for new equipment as requested.
  • Identifying and rectifying any technical issues that may lead to safety hazards.
  • Providing feedback on product improvements and maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Training and mentoring Maintenance Technicians.

Who You Are:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 24 years of experience in the Elevator & Escalator industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
