About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Human Capital Programs and Partnerships to lead the development and execution of innovative human capital initiatives. This full-time position, based in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, requires a professional to orchestrate partnerships and manage programs that enhance workforce capabilities and support talent development within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Manager - Human Capital Programs and Partnerships will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing key human capital programs aligned with strategic objectives. This role involves fostering collaborations with external organizations to improve workforce skills, drive employee development, and contribute to the growth of the talent ecosystem. The successful candidate will work with various teams to develop and implement human capital strategies focused on organizational excellence, engagement, and talent retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and optimize human capital programs covering leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, consultants, and industry stakeholders to expand program reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and business units to identify talent needs and adapt human capital programs accordingly.
  • Monitor program performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and resources for human capital initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Lead communication and change management efforts to encourage program adoption and participant engagement.
  • Stay informed on global human capital trends and best practices, integrating innovative approaches to enhance program impact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing human capital programs, partnerships, or related initiatives within a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of talent management, employee development, and workforce planning concepts.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to working within the company's established operational framework.
