About the Role

Al Ghurair is seeking a Manager Service to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading and optimizing service department operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Manager Service will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, from daily operations and team leadership to performance monitoring and strategic planning. The role requires a focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality repairs, and exceptional customer satisfaction in alignment with business objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers by ensuring timely service delivery, effectively resolving escalated complaints, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Monitor workshop productivity, labor efficiency, and revenue performance. Develop and implement action plans to achieve service targets, maximize profitability, and control operational costs.
• Ensure all service operations comply with manufacturer standards, company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality requirements. Oversee warranty processes and service quality assurance.
• Prepare comprehensive operational reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast workshop capacity, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance service performance and support business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in service management or a similar leadership role.
