We are looking for an experienced Market Researcher to lead and execute a comprehensive market research study for the launch of a Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rental Management Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing primarily on Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on the short-term rental / holiday homes market in KSA, with a focus on Riyadh.
  • Analyze market size, demand drivers, occupancy trends, and average daily rates (ADR).
  • Identify target customer segments, including corporate stays, leisure travelers, and medical tourism.
  • Analyze key competitors and benchmark their pricing models, service offerings, and customer experiences.
  • Assess market gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Research short-term rental regulations in KSA and summarize compliance requirements.
  • Provide pricing recommendations based on market benchmarks.
  • Support high-level revenue and cost projections.
  • Prepare a structured market research report and present findings to management.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Market & Competitive Intelligence Analysis (Hospitality / Real Estate).
  • Strong Financial & Pricing Analysis skills.
  • Regulatory & Market Entry Research expertise.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling with data.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, DAX basics, data modelling).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects is preferred.
  • Power BI dashboarding and data visualization.
  • Project coordination and PMO support.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
