Role Overview:The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for attracting top talent to support our growing business needs. You will manage the recruitment team and enhance our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company objectives.
- Supervise the recruitment team, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Enhance recruitment systems and processes.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track KPIs such as Time-to-Hire and Quality of Hire.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and professional networks.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in a recruitment role.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.
- Experience in fast-growing industries preferred.
