This position will be crucial in providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership, ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively.

Eram Talent, a prominent talent acquisition consultancy, is seeking a skilled and motivated Female Executive Secretary to join our team. This position will be crucial in providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership, ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation and materials for meetings, including agenda, presentations, and reports.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all travel is cost-effective and organized.
- Draft, proofread, and edit various documents, memos, and communications on behalf of the executive.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and expenses related to the executive's office.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are organized, secure, and easily retrievable.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as directed by executive leadership.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role is required
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
