  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure effective responses to customer requests.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or relevant field.
  • Experience as a customer service representative or in sales.
  • Knowledge in sales or customer service.
  • Ability to use electronic systems.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building with customers.

Work Environment:
The shifts will be (morning and evening) for six days a week, and the location will be in the Eastern Province, Dhahran, Abayat Exhibition.

The role focuses on implementing safety policies, minimizing risks, and promoting a strong safety culture at sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at substation project sites.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco / SEC / Client HSE standards and local regulations.
  • Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for substation activities.
  • Review and approve Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessments (RA).
  • Monitor high-risk activities such as:
    • Live electrical work
    • Energization & switching activities
    • Cable pulling, termination, and testing
    • Working at height and lifting operations
  • Ensure proper implementation of Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency drills.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure safe execution of work.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, safety records, and daily site reports.
  • Ensure availability and correct usage of PPE at all times.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Safety-related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in Substation / Electrical Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical safety standards and substation construction & commissioning activities.
  • Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and OSHA, NFPA, IEC standards.

Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred):
  • NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
  • IOSH / OSHA Certification (Preferred)
  • First Aid & Fire Fighting (Preferred)

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to identify hazards and enforce safety controls
  • Team player with proactive safety mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure in live substation environments
