Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize operational strategies for equipment logistics, dispatch, and on-site management.
• Oversee the lifecycle of our heavy equipment fleet, ensuring maximum uptime through scheduling, mobilization, and maintenance.
• Manage and develop a skilled team of operators and ground staff, fostering safety and excellence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding operational matters, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Must be a Saudi National.
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment operations, preferably in the rental or construction sector in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth technical knowledge of machinery like dozers, loaders, graders, excavators, etc.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in scaling teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of the logistical and regulatory landscape in the Eastern Province.
• A proactive problem-solver with a track record of operational excellence.
