As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and financial health. Your strategic mindset will support the planning, organization, and leadership needed to effectively guide our drilling services.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead execution of operational activities, determining resource requirements and ensuring crew and asset utilization.
  • Maintain strategic focus on providing quality service to our customers.
  • Foster continuous improvement initiatives and conduct regular quality review meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards through effective contract management.
  • Maximize financial results by managing budgets and forecasts, and driving business development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Drilling Services (Directional Drilling and MWD).
  • 2+ years of P&L experience, especially in the Saudi market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
