About the job:Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Objective:To provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing reports, tracking performance, coordinating team activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate information, contributing to the efficiency of the department and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports (performance of representatives, achievement rates, new customers, lost customers).
- Tracking KPIs and updating dashboards and tracking files periodically.
- Preparing analytical reports that highlight the gaps between the target and the achieved.
- Managing and updating customer data via Excel or CRM systems.
- Coordinating sales program data and information and ensuring its accuracy.
- Following up on customer commitments (receivables - delivery dates - special requests) and alerting to any updates.
- Preparing presentations and reports to support sales meetings with major clients.
- Monitoring the implementation of management decisions within the team and providing reports on achievements.
- Monitoring key accounts and notifying management of any observations or opportunities.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in Excel and reporting (Pivot, Dashboard).
- High organizational skills and prioritization.
- Quick in communication and drafting official correspondence.
- Good background in sales indicators and analytical methods.
