About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for its hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing marketing plans to enhance guest experiences and support hotel objectives.

Role Overview

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and communications, from strategy development to execution and performance reporting. The role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, supporting sales efforts, and leading content creation, while also cultivating a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including branding, messaging, and multi-channel plans aligned with hotel goals, adjusting tactics based on market trends and performance data.
• Manage planning and operations, overseeing annual marketing budgets and coordinating resources for effective campaign deployment across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
• Support B2B and catering sales by partnering with internal department leaders to develop marketing strategies that drive business transient, group, and event revenue across key segments and distribution channels.
• Lead content strategy, driving the development of compelling content and marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media.
• Oversee agency relationships, managing external partners such as PR, creative, and digital agencies to ensure alignment with strategic marketing goals.
• Report on marketing performance, delivering strategic updates and data-driven insights for leadership, ownership, and corporate meetings.
• Cultivate a high-performing team, recruiting new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality sector.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Hilton team.
