In this role, you will be responsible for achieving strategic and operational goals while enhancing the university's brand in local and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Organization:
- Develop a comprehensive annual marketing plan.
- Design and improve the team's organizational structure.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Team Leadership and Performance Management:
- Lead the marketing and student recruitment team to meet KPIs.
- Foster a positive company culture.
- Provide professional development opportunities.
- Marketing Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Utilize digital tools for performance analysis.
- Brand Management and Market Analysis:
- Monitor and enhance the university’s market image.
- Conduct market research to refine strategies.
- Use data to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support university initiatives through communication.
- Student Recruitment and Applicant Journey Improvement:
- Lead strategies from initial awareness to enrollment.
- Organize promotional events such as open days.
Qualifications:
- Educational:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (required).
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in marketing or recruitment in higher education.
- Proven experience in team leadership and achieving targets.
- Strong digital marketing experience.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Leadership and analytical skills.
- Effective negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
