We’re looking for a creative, culture-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence across Saudi Arabia. From influencer partnerships and social trends to large-scale events and campus activations — you’ll be the force making sure our brand stays seen, talked about, and loved across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Market Growth: Build and execute the KSA marketing roadmap to grow awareness, love, and loyalty. Identify impactful events, festivals, and university collaborations where the brand can show up in fresh, unexpected ways. Develop creative ideas that make the brand stand out across Saudi culture — online and on-ground.
- Social Media & Influencer Management: Oversee all Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok content and campaigns for KSA. Manage influencer relationships end-to-end: scouting, contracting, briefing, content approvals, and ROI tracking. Ensure content feels authentic to the Saudi audience — trend-driven, relevant, and community-building. Monitor competitor and platform trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Events, Activations & Brand Visibility: Plan and execute nationwide brand activations, pop-ups, samplings, and university events. Work with agencies and local partners to ensure smooth execution and strong brand impact. Build partnerships with malls, festivals, and youth platforms to keep the brand visible and top of mind.
- In-Store Marketing & Merchandising: Oversee implementation of in-store branding, displays, and promotional campaigns. Ensure consistent and standout visual presence across all retail and foodservice partners.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Lead and mentor the local marketing team while aligning closely with the regional marketing team. Track performance metrics, report insights, and recommend growth strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably F&B, FMCG, or lifestyle brands).
- Proven experience running social-first campaigns across Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Strong network and understanding of Saudi influencer and youth culture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
