We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and market insights for our Riyadh operations at AlArkkan Training Company. This role will be instrumental in owning the end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives, working closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage the annual brand and marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across online and offline channels from brief to launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and enhance positioning.
  • Oversee content marketing and social media strategies to maintain message consistency across platforms.
  • Manage marketing budgets to optimize spend and achieve ROI/CPA targets.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, timelines, and collaborations with agencies and stakeholders while mentoring the marketing team.
  • Deliver insightful dashboards that translate data into actionable strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in marketing with proven success in launching marketing programs in a corporate setting.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, campaign management, and market research.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools is a plus.
