Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, patient engagement, and overall reputation of the medical centre. This role involves managing campaigns, developing relationships with referral sources, overseeing digital presence, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with the centre’s growth and patient care goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic & Operational Marketing:
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote diagnostic imaging, radiotherapy, laboratory, and outpatient services.
    • Conduct market research to identify patient needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and management team to set marketing objectives and budgets.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Business Development & Referral Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
    • Develop referral programs to increase patient inflow from partner providers.
    • Organize medical awareness campaigns, conferences, and health education events.
  • Digital Marketing & Communication:
    • Manage the centre’s website, SEO, and social media platforms.
    • Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, email campaigns).
    • Oversee content creation for brochures, newsletters, videos, and patient education materials.
    • Monitor and analyze digital metrics to optimize online engagement.
  • Patient-Centric Marketing:
    • Create patient outreach programs and community engagement initiatives.
    • Develop marketing strategies targeting different patient groups (oncology, preventive health, diagnostics, etc.).
    • Ensure marketing practices are ethical, patient-focused, and compliant with Saudi healthcare regulations.
  • Team & Project Management:
    • Supervise marketing staff and coordinate with external agencies.
    • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Report regularly on ROI, patient acquisition cost, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, healthcare trends, and the competitive landscape. Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize customer opportunity.
