About the Role

Dal, a Saudi-born SaaS RegTech company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dal provides the financial sector with advanced compliance and governance solutions, including AML, KYC, KYB, CRM, and risk management. The company's scalable, API-driven platform is designed for seamless integration within the Saudi financial ecosystem, supporting Financial Institutions and FinTechs in launching, growing, and maintaining compliance, in alignment with Vision 2030 goals.

This role is central to shaping the market perception and communication of Dal's innovative products. The Marketing Specialist will focus on articulating clear value propositions and driving product adoption. Key contributions will involve developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling product messaging, and creating customer-centric narratives that highlight the tangible benefits of Dal's solutions. Additionally, the role will enhance Dal's external presence through strategic event participation, the development of customer success stories and case studies, and broader market engagement activities to build brand visibility and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and define the market positioning and communication strategy for Dal's products, ensuring clear articulation of their value.
• Execute go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, feature updates, and market expansion.
• Create customer success stories and case studies that showcase product value, achieved outcomes, and business impact.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify strategic opportunities and inform product and market direction.
• Develop product messaging, presentations, and supporting materials for customer conversations and business development.
• Support and enhance Dal's market presence through event participation, industry engagements, and customer interactions, communicating product value.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness, drive engagement, and promote product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product direction, market opportunities, and execution strategies.
• Monitor marketing initiative performance, analyze results, and optimize messaging and execution based on insights.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, or similar roles within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions.
• Proven experience in go-to-market execution, managing product launches, or executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional storytelling capabilities with a track record of creating engaging customer-facing narratives and impactful case studies.
• Comfort and proficiency in working within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment that demands a high degree of ownership and initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
