Responsibilities:

• Market Monitoring: Track essential marketing trends and campaign performance for assigned projects, reporting findings to the marketing team.
• Market Research Support: Assist with market research by gathering and organizing data related to customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
• Marketing Campaign Support: Aid in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating creative materials and schedules.
• Marketing Activities Execution: Facilitate day-to-day marketing tasks like content support, digital marketing initiatives, event coordination, and promotional activities.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors and service providers under senior marketing staff's guidance to support campaign execution.
• Data & Reporting: Organize marketing data and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use.
• Marketing Channels: Support initiatives across various channels including social media and email marketing.
• Brand Support: Ensure all marketing materials are in line with brand guidelines and contribute to brand awareness initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of marketing experience
• BS/BA in Marketing or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM) and web analytics
• Strong report and presentation skills
• Excellent communication with tact
• Critical thinking skills for effective marketing strategies
• Strong analytical abilities
