Collecting and restricting tasks from various departments and updating them daily. Distributing tasks among teams and individuals according to specialization and capacity. Following up on execution and ensuring tasks are closed within the specified time and required quality. Bridging operational gaps by taking on tasks that do not have a direct responsible person until a permanent solution is found. Creating operational systems (procedures, tables, templates, follow-up tools) to unify the way of working. Supervising the implementation of systems and monitoring compliance among all teams. Preparing operational reports and gathering figures related to productivity, performance, and adherence to deadlines. Analyzing processes and results and proposing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Managing human resources in terms of recruitment needs, follow-up, vacations, and discipline. Organizing recruitment processes in coordination with the management (screening, interviews, nomination, documentation). Managing access and permissions for systems, tools, and accounts to ensure security and operational discipline. Participating in operational meetings, documenting outputs, and following up on decision implementation. Improving the team's productivity by managing priorities and removing operational barriers.
