About the Role

Yamama Cement is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Planner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of the plant through meticulous planning and management of mechanical maintenance activities, with a specific emphasis on spare parts management. The role is designed for an early-career professional looking to establish a foundation in industrial maintenance planning within the cement manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast spare parts requirements to maintain adequate stock levels for maintenance operations.
• Maintain and update equipment Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate component information.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal procurement teams for the timely acquisition of necessary parts and materials.
• Review technical specifications and spare parts requirements to ensure compliance and suitability.
• Monitor spare parts availability and inventory levels to prevent shortages and optimize stock.
• Support overall maintenance activities and contribute to cost optimization initiatives within the department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in maintenance planning, spare parts planning, or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Maintenance Planning and Spare Parts Planning.
