About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for their operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically designated for a Saudi National to comply with Saudization requirements. The MSL will play a crucial role in fostering scientific exchange, providing medical expertise, and supporting the company's medical and commercial objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong scientific background and excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in disseminating scientific information and supporting medical activities within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a high level of scientific and medical expertise relevant to the company's portfolio.
Facilitate scientific engagement and exchange with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Deliver clinical presentations and effectively respond to medical inquiries and requests.
Provide essential medical support for patients and assist with formulary access products, adhering strictly to global and local policies and procedures.
Support the development, implementation, and successful execution of medical activities.
Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and relevant organizations.
Act as a scientific and medical resource to support the Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory departments in achieving company objectives.
Serve as a medical expert for internal medical and sales training programs.
Support clinical research initiatives, including Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) and observational studies, in accordance with relevant guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Attend pertinent scientific meetings and conferences, and contribute to the development of summaries of key data, presentations, and symposiums.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be a Saudi National to comply with Saudization regulations.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, with a PharmD, PhD, or MD qualification.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated expertise in developing field medical plans and communicating complex scientific information to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Availability for face-to-face interviews in Riyadh.
