Messenger/Driver

About the Role

Rackspace Technology is seeking a dedicated and professional Messenger/Driver to support day-to-day business operations in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of documents, packages, and personnel, alongside handling various administrative errands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Riyadh’s road network, demonstrate a high level of integrity, and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport documents, parcels, and materials between offices, clients, and government entities.
• Provide driving support for staff and visitors as required.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of items while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Assist with processing official paperwork, including document submissions and collections from ministries or banks.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain necessary signatures or receipts.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Support basic office errands such as banking, purchasing supplies, and other ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Saudi driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a similar messenger, driver, or courier role.
• Good knowledge of Riyadh roads, routes, and key locations, including government offices.
• Physically fit and capable of handling light lifting if required.
• Own Vehicle Requirement: Applicants must hold a valid KSA driving licence and maintain all required vehicle insurance, registration, and legal compliance in accordance with local regulations.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience dealing with government portals or document processing is preferred.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance basics is an advantage.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.

Working Conditions

This position is based in Riyadh and requires regular travel across the city. Flexible working hours may be necessary depending on business needs.
