About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Manager I to proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities. This full-time position focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities, ensuring timely and proper turnover for service delivery.
  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts and avoid duplication.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
  • Develop community relationships to expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close deals.
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals and writing contracts.
  • Identify new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
  • Understand market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and economic factors to effectively position offerings.
  • Close opportunities based on market conditions and location needs.
  • Gain understanding of the location’s target customer and service expectations to offer relevant business solutions.
  • Support the company’s service and relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty through excellent service delivery.
  • Execute and support the company’s customer service standards and daily service basics.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

Sales Strategy and Execution

This role is accountable for leading day-to-day sales activities with a focus on building lasting customer connections. The Sales Manager I will identify new business opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and close deals that align with market conditions and location needs. Effective turnover of business to Event Management is crucial for ensuring seamless service delivery.

Customer Relationship Management

A core aspect of this position involves cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This includes engaging in sales calls, hosting events, and participating in industry trade shows. The goal is to foster customer loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional service and understanding their business needs to provide effective solutions.

Market Awareness and Revenue Generation

The Sales Manager I must possess a keen understanding of the local market, including competitor analysis and economic trends. This knowledge will be applied to identify and secure new business, ultimately contributing to the achievement of personal and location revenue targets. The ability to close the most advantageous opportunities based on current market dynamics is essential.
