About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Manager I to proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities. This full-time position focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals. The role requires a proactive approach to driving business and ensuring successful service delivery through effective sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and effective sales efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, events, and industry engagements.
  • Develop community relationships to expand the customer base and identify new sales prospects.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely turnover of business to Event Management for seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in sales calls to secure new business and close deals.
  • Execute operational aspects of booked business, including proposal generation and contract writing.
  • Understand market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and economic factors to maximize revenue.
  • Identify the location’s primary target customers and their service expectations to offer tailored business solutions.
  • Support the company’s service and relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Execute and uphold the company’s customer service standards and daily service basics.
  • Set a positive example for guest relations and interact with guests to gather feedback.

Sales Strategy and Market Understanding

This role requires a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitor analysis and economic trends, to effectively position offerings and close the most advantageous opportunities for the location. The Sales Manager I will identify new business avenues aligned with personal and location revenue goals, ensuring that sales strategies are informed by market conditions and the specific needs of the property.

Customer Relationship Management

A core aspect of this position involves cultivating strong, lasting relationships with customers. By understanding their business needs and concerns, the Sales Manager I will provide effective business solutions and exceptional service. This focus on service excellence aims to grow account share and foster customer loyalty, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

This position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field.
