Position Summary

stc is seeking a National Roaming & FTTH Settlement Services Assistant Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to managing the financial aspects of national roaming and FTTH services, focusing on invoice generation, discrepancy resolution, and cost optimization. The Assistant Manager will ensure all duties align with STC's business policies and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce invoices for all national roaming and FTTH services.
• Negotiate and resolve any discrepancies identified in invoices.
• Expedite collection processes related to national roaming and FTTH services.
• Calculate and process net settlements for national roaming and FTTH services.
• Ensure the timely exchange of monthly traffic records in accordance with CITC recommendations.

Payment and Settlement Management

• Schedule payments for national roaming and FTTH services, coordinating with STC Finance for timely processing.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices, negotiate and resolve payment and collection discrepancies, and expedite associated processes.
• Prepare and finalize all settlements pertaining to national roaming and FTTH services.

Regulatory Compliance and System Coordination

• Coordinate with Wholesale Services Management to provide all necessary requirements for system enhancements related to national roaming and FTTH services.
• Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant regulatory policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Oversee the successful release of monthly financial wholesale data to the General Ledger via the Finance department.
• Collaborate with the sales and network teams to ensure that settlement and billing terms are consistently met.
• Verify the alignment of all invoices with approved billing agreements.
• Conduct studies aimed at reducing costs stemming from regulatory obligations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Experience and Industry Background

• A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in roaming, preferably gained within a large organization in the telecommunications industry.
• Ideally, exposure to a telecommunication Wholesale environment.
