About the New Accounts Manager Role

Amazon is seeking a New Accounts Manager for its Other Hardlines Category, focusing on 3rd Party Marketplace. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to Saudi Nationals. The role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience who are interested in supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses within the e-commerce landscape.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is new business acquisition and seller enablement. You will contribute to the growth of Amazon's marketplace by identifying and recruiting high-potential sellers. This involves lead generation, evaluating businesses via phone and email, and supporting new sellers through their launch phase as they make their products available to millions of Amazon customers. A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining relationships with selling partners, providing guidance during their business launch and ongoing growth on the Amazon platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for channeling seller feedback into actionable insights to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all third-party sellers.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to the Amazon website through phone and email outreach.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Act as a business partner for new sellers, providing data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Educate new sellers on Amazon’s high standards for Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Enable sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently and to the required standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of specific product categories to identify popular brands, trends, seasonal items, and pricing to tailor pitches and advice effectively.
  • Track and report business development results, analyze data, and interpret information for your portfolio of sellers.
  • Optimize time management to achieve targets in a results-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional or military experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pipeline management, including the utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within Amazon's Seller Services team, contributing to the expansion of the 3rd Party Marketplace.
