About the New Accounts Manager Role
Amazon is seeking a New Accounts Manager to join its Seller Services team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving new business acquisition and supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses on the Amazon marketplace.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The New Accounts Manager will be instrumental in identifying and onboarding new sellers to ******* This involves lead generation, evaluating businesses through phone and email, and facilitating the launch of new sellers' product catalogs to millions of Amazon customers. A key aspect of the role is building and nurturing relationships with selling partners, providing guidance throughout their business launch and ongoing growth on Amazon. Additionally, the role requires incorporating seller feedback to identify opportunities for improving Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all third-party sellers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers for the ****** website via phone or email.
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Act as a business partner for new sellers, offering data-driven insights and advice for their success on Amazon.
- Educate new sellers on Amazon’s standards for Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Enable sellers to learn and effectively utilize Amazon's tools and systems for catalog management, inventory, and performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of specific categories to identify popular brands, trends, seasonal items, and pricing strategies.
- Track and report on business development results, analyzing data for the seller portfolio.
- Optimize time management to achieve targets in a results-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of professional or military experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
