About the Office Services Assistant Role
Bayut KSA, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, is seeking an Office Services Assistant for its operations in Riyadh. As part of the Dubizzle Group, Bayut connects millions of users nationwide and is dedicated to providing an exceptional online search experience. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment by attending to the needs of the business, guests, and colleagues.
Core Responsibilities
The Office Services Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment. Key duties include:
- Ensuring all guest rooms and designated facility areas are kept clean at all times, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
- Cleaning and maintaining all working equipment used in the course of duties.
- Regularly emptying trash bins.
- Adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and necessary safety materials.
- Managing lost and found items, ensuring they are properly stored and logged accurately.
- Promptly notifying management of any deficiencies or repair needs observed within the premises.
Essential Qualifications
Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- Basic English language proficiency.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with weekly and monthly cleaning checklists.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
