About the Role

Cenomi Retail is seeking an Operations Manager F&B Cinnabon to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets, with a specific focus on the Cinnabon brand. The manager will ensure operational excellence, profitability, and high customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations and achieving business objectives. Key areas of focus include driving sales growth, controlling costs, improving service standards, and leading high-performing teams.

Operational Management & Supply Chain

The Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient functioning of assigned F&B outlets. This includes:

  • Managing daily operations across assigned restaurants, cafes, or F&B outlets.
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and brand standards.
  • Monitoring operational performance and taking corrective actions as required.
  • Conducting regular site visits and operational audits.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and minimizing wastage.
  • Coordinating with procurement and suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Optimizing stock control and inventory management processes.

Financial Performance & Reporting

A core aspect of this role involves achieving financial targets and providing clear performance insights:

  • Achieving sales, profitability, and budget targets.
  • Monitoring Profit & Loss (P&L) performance and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Controlling food cost, labor cost, and overall operating expenses.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and presenting performance updates to senior management.
  • Recommending process improvements based on operational data.

Team Leadership & Customer Experience

The manager will foster a service-oriented culture and develop team capabilities:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
  • Conducting performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels and workforce productivity.
  • Fostering a positive work culture focused on accountability and customer service.
  • Ensuring exceptional guest service standards across all locations.
  • Addressing customer complaints and implementing service improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction scores.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Adherence to regulatory and quality standards is critical for this position:

  • Ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, municipality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintaining HACCP and general food safety requirements.
  • Ensuring all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications remain valid.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in F&B operations management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets, drive sales, and control costs.
  • Proven leadership skills in developing and motivating teams.
  • Strong understanding of F&B compliance, quality assurance, and customer service best practices.
